About this role:
The Associate Project Manager supports Clinical Project Management in the areas of product development and commercialization through the execution of Clinical Trials. Individual will have knowledge of Clinical Project Processes and can execute trial related activities with or without guidance as necessary. The Associate Project Manager is familiar with internal Clinical SOPs, has knowledge of GCPs and understands the Clinical Study Protocol.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contributes to protocol, ICF, IB and Reg submission creation.
Supports key internal document and CRF/database creation.
Executes CDAs and supports creation of CSAs and site budgets.
Attends Clinical Project Meetings and manages Meeting Minutes.
Responsibility for site management, from site selection to study start-up, enrollment and compliance.
Oversees study monitors to include training, visit scheduling and report tracking.
Uses internal systems to update project milestones and study timelines.
Manages Master study file.
Creates site Regulatory binders and other site materials.
What we’re looking for in you:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience and/or a combination of education and experience
5+ years clinical research experience required
Ability to travel up to 15%
Clinical trial experience preferred (within a CRO or other industry experience)
Experience with global clinical trials preferred
Demonstrated ability to interact cross-functionally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
