For those who know they have more to offer, the Marian University Leighton School of Nursing now offers a Master of Science in Nursing with a nursing education focus. The program will be delivered through a hybrid platform with a larger percent of the courses on line. Students will have an opportunity to engage in real-time class meetings in orientation and throughout the semester to establish relationships with peers and faculty. Students will demonstrate theoretical content with a field-based, 225-hour practicum, which will include a culminating project. Graduates of the MSN program will be prepared to assume nurse educator roles in schools of nursing, health care facilities and in the community.
